that's why they have two years of remedial math and English in college for all those folks who were part of "no child left behind" or whatever flavour of the day it was.
Just means everybody goes REAL slow.
"It takes a Village", except sometimes it seems it's a village of idiots.
And of course, everybody gets a prize. Anymore it's a HS Diploma.
