The Kemtron Wabash Mogul boiler and cab would probably be as close as you can come with a commercially made boiler to the loco in your photo. Precision Scale has shown this boiler and cab in the O Scale Steam Loco Parts catalog for years. I am not sure of its actual availability but most of the lost wax casings like the cab, domes, smokebox front are available. I cannot tell from your photo if the boiler has a tapered section. If not, a straight piece of brass tube could be made into the boiler or one can be easily rolled from sheet stock ala Mel Thornburg.

PSC also has some driver castings that could be machined for 50" drivers. I have used them on some projects.

I bought a pretty much scratch built, but not completed, 2-6-6-0 from a guy and was really disappointed in what I received. Took a look at it and placed it in the rented storage unit (where models go to die). Next time I'm out there I'll look for it. There may be parts you can use. I think the boiler is brass. It may be too large for your planned model but we won't know until I look.
