We've been workin' on a Railroad...
Re: We've been workin' on a Railroad...
Yes. I think it was cut by a flat earther or chem trails guy. There is no way any of the sides will be in the same zip code
I spend entirely too many hours a day tying my shoes

More likely someone that failed 3D geometry,
I had no problems with the sides; however, the roof was clearly cut w/o any considerations for that same 3D geometry. Not problem for me as I just cut a new roof, but I can only imagine the frustration of others that had expectations of it being possible and fitting.

Roushville produce is spectacular. Simple structure with complex details. I like it a lot. Reminds me of the old Irvine Farmers Market in my youth.

Thanks! All of the prior 3-4 buildings will be in Roushville!
Nice work!
Thanks! Next one should be done in a few weeks.....it's a mess though; missing whole resin sections so having the scratch together replacements

Might Roushville be named after Roger Roush, CEO of the Arock & Hardplace RR.?

The final(?) structure in this project before having to assemble them all into the village on the lift out.
Hawbaker's and Pensinger's. Was a bit more annoying that the others since the entire entrance lower section of Pensinger's was missing from the kit and was scratched together. The rest was just the usual warped resin castings, bubbles and holes, etc.

Thanks, Dan!
Now I have to clear a big space to assemble the entire scene on the blank lift out; roughly 30" x 24". Takes up a lot of space in my shop working on something like this from 360 degrees.

And, I've got at least 1 more of these blanks stashed away, so a 3rd scene is a future possibility......if I have the energy and time. Always thought I'd want a little turntable.........at the end of that line.

Looks terrific, Rufus. Two-story false-fronts are somewhat unusual, at least from what I've seen. It's a very interesting structure, with lots of site details.

Thanks!
Got a slew of small projects occupying my bench space now that have to be completed before i can set up to populate that lift out.

One of those "small" projects.....

Nice model! That had to take some time. I really like the bent and worn rusting corrugated metal roof panels. AND, it must be going in an an upscale neighborhood as it has a copper ridge cap.
Great job!
