Personally visited this layout, the talent, craftsmanship, modeling, and scratch building make it one of the best in the U.S. Bill is a fantastic host and learned years of techniques in one visit.

I came across some videos of the "South County O-Scalers" modular layout in Utah.

I first stumbled onto this video of the Intermountain Train Expo in 2025 and noticed that one of the show layouts was O-scale 2-rail:
