I made mine out of wood. For one reason only. I had lots of wood and tools to cut it.

Beyond that, depending on quantity and just how determined you are to adhere to prototype fidelity,having etches done would make a lot of sense. Or you could create a fixture and build your own parts from styrene strip. It would be tedious, but I bet it would look fantastic. Build one and cast it in resin.

Those would be exactly what I need Jim. But, 22" in HO (lattice side) is only 11" in O and it looks like I actually need maybe 24". The rivet detail is fantastic and would save tons of work. Still on the search.

Yes - sadly I note that most retail stores carry a less comprehensive, more expensive brand. I did have some success recently with Clover House, thanks to a tip from you all. What will I do for .010 sheet brass now?
