2018 Indianapolis O Scale and S Scale Midwest Show

The 2018 Indianapolis O Scale and S Scale Midwest show is next week, September 20th - 22nd, 2018 at the Wyndham Indianapolis West. All vendor tables have been sold out and are displayed on the Website: http://indyoscaleshow.com/

Vendors: If you requested power you must bring your own extension cords. A three way plug may be a good idea also to enable sharing of an outlet.

Vendor setup on Thursday begins at 4 PM and goes to 9 PM and Friday begins at 7:30 AM

O Scale Kings meeting is Friday at 8 AM

Proto:48 Meeting is Friday 6:00 PM

This year we are trying something different. While we will have at least one clinic, we will also have presenters in an area of the vending hall. These people will be demonstrating their skills all day long so attendees may come by at anytime and see their work, ask questions or just watch. Soldering brass, figure painting, CAD design for layouts, DCC programing and kit construction are among the people be have lined up so far. We feel this is a much easier way to learn and ask questions, no matter what your skill level may be.

If you can only attend the show on Saturday, the price is $25.00 until 11AM. We will reduce admission after 11 AM to $10.00, however, as much as we stress to vendors that the show runs through 2 PM the reality is some begin packing up early. This type of thing happens at all shows and there is not much we, as promoters, can do about it. So If you are coming on Saturday only, plan on arriving at 9 AM for a full show!

All vendors are proudly listed on the Website as well as clinics, layout tours and presenters. Layout tour maps will be available at the registration tables. We can Email them ahead of time ONLY if you are pre-registered.

I have a spy looking for a sand cast PA nose pair, and maybe a matching roof. I ought to go, but cannot stand flying (even though it is free on American). I paid for priority security check-in, and it is now TSA's mission to give me and my bags the highest priority screening. They even check my spare underwear.
