Of course, that's just a burner.
Almost reminds me of the WWII era Walthers SW/NW kit of cardstock and wood.

I see no redeeming social graces here. Maybe a salvageable headlamp.

Price is right. Maybe.

I noticed that on all his listings. My guess is it is secret evilbait speak for "it doesn't run, cannot be fixed, sucker!"
