That's what I was thinking, and a set of wheels.
I'd hate to spend $60 and find out it couldn't be done (or Norm comes out with a 5' set just after I buy the P48 set!), but it wouldn't be the first time I wasted some $$$.

Check old Lobaugh & Walthers catalogs. IIRC, into the 1940s those firms offered a wide variety of freight trucks. Walthers used pot metal & Lobaugh used sand cast bronze sideframes, so their trucks were not sprung. But they were equalized, in that the truck bolster was attached to the sideframe with a single screw, allowing each sideframe to pivot vertically relative to the bolster, so all four wheels in a truck could stay on the rails.

Hey Woody!
I would if I had them
A set popped up on Ebay a while back but I was late seeing them so...
I did post a WTB in the appropriate sub-forum here today, a couple of looks but no bites yet.
I tried looking at Shapeways, but I have a hell of a time navigating their site.
Paul Woods from Australia was looking into drawing and 3D printing some, but I haven't heard from him in months:

Re: DALMAN TRUCKS???
I re-gauged a couple of the new trucks from Norm and it was fairly easy to do. The caveat.....they're gauged for Ow5 but use his P:48 wheels. Requires good track work. I'm thinking about trying some NWSL 135 tread wheels. Might fit without having to widen the bolsters.
We'll see.

Re: DALMAN TRUCKS???
Once I get my new layout running I may do some tests on what wheels will work.
I'm currently using hi-rail wheels on everything, but found that Atlas-type 2-rail wheels run fine thru the #6 turnouts I built. Brad Strong made the 3 turnouts I got from him for hi-rail wheels, but I ran some Atlas 2-rail truck thru them and they seemed to work well too.
What I'd like to do is run my current stock of engines keeping the hi-rail wheels (don't feel like converting 20 engines, all of which are battery-powered RC
) and change all my rolling stock to 2-rail Atlas-type. If I ever buy another engine maybe I can get a 2-rail model and then I can say I'm REALLY a 2-rail O-scale modeler
HA...I've probably got the most bastardized model railroad on the planet
