Anyone know what this is?

I saw this on a job today hanging in the garage. It’s a long rectangular tube about 18-24” x about 1-1/2” square. Looks like stainless steel with a sealed bottom and this open angular top. I didn’t photo the whole thing but you can see the label says fill with kerosene and something.

It looks like a part of some Little Wonder Diesel-Powerd equipment. They make Blowers, Brush Cutters, TruckLoaders and Vacuums using Diesel Engine power. The recommended fuel is Kerosene/Diesel Fuel, 50/50 mix.
