I heard a report on the News, this morning, that taking Fish Oil does not help the heart ("...don't reduce cardiovascular risk...") .

Has anybody else heard this latest info about taking Omega-3 and such oils in vitamins?

Any facts?
(P.S. I just took my omega3 capsule before seeing that report on TV.)

That study was probably done by the pork industry.

Should you be taking an omega-3 supplement?
https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying- ... supplement

Some 10% of American adults regularly take an omega-3 supplement, despite uncertainty about whether these products truly live up to their health claims. But two new studies published in November 2018 shed some light on who might benefit from omega-3 supplements — and who probably won't.

Yes, and I was looking (not so hard) for something from 2020, but this meta-analysis looked interesting based on it's scale and scope.

Mohsen Fakhrizadeh: 'Machine-gun with AI' used to kill Iran scientist
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-55214359

A satellite-controlled machine-gun with "artificial intelligence" was used to kill Iran's top nuclear scientist, a Revolutionary Guards commander says.

Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was shot dead in a convoy outside Tehran on 27 November.

Brig-Gen Ali Fadavi told local media that the weapon, mounted in a pick-up truck, was able to fire at Fakhrizadeh without hitting his wife beside him. The claim could not be verified.

Iran has blamed Israel and an exiled opposition group for the attack.

The Iranian authorities have put out conflicting accounts of how the scientist was gunned down as he travelled in a car through the town of Absard.

On the day of the attack, the defence ministry said there was a gunfight between Fakhrizadeh's bodyguards and several gunmen.

Dr.Amen listed Omega3 as a must for good brain health, so I'll continue taking it daily.

Good idea because coming to MTJ every day might not be good for brain health.
