Anybody here ever experience this?
Have you heard of somebody known to you having experienced anything paranormal?
Think it is all hogwash because you have the answer for and can explain everything. Ever.
Heard or seen film of paranormal phenomena / experiences that give you serious pause to reflect?
Dyatlov Pass in Russia having six hikers being found dead, inside and outside their tent(s) ? Are Russia's forests full of unusual creatures?
Poltergeists messing around in people's kitchens?
Have some family pets encountered ghosts/ had a paranormal experience ( recorded on cameras in homes) ?

It was all caused by BIGFOOT after he ate a black cat on Friday the 13th and forgot to toss a pinch of salt backwards over his left shoulder, and spin 7 times counter clockwise.

Could be caused by those ETs they have kept hidden at Wright-Patterson Air Base or in Area 51 or the ones that live underwater in the Bermuda Triangle.
My grandmother seemed to have premonitions. She called them feelings. This was in the 1940s. We did not have a telephone and few in our area did.
What ever she was doing she would suddenly stop and after a short time would have pronouncement of some sort. A birth or death. A weather event.
I never paid too much attention. I was playing with my trains.

Murph,
On a more serious note than my above post I will tell you about my mother.
No life story but I never lived with my mother. For about half of her life she lived in Mingo Junction, Ohio just south of Steubenvylle.
I liked to visit Mingo because The PRR Panhandle Division of the Saint Louis main line and the Ohio River line went through there.
Also the Pittsburgh and West Virginia. The old Carnegie Steel which became part of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel was also there. So there
were lots of trains to see. The steel mill had rail lines of 6' broad, standard, 3' and I think 2' narrow gauges. Most of the men in the area,
like your home area, worked for the mills or railroads.
Now for the odd part. With the types of jobs involved there were many injuries that were heat and burn related. Please remember that
I am only telling what I actually saw and will make no attempt to explain any of this. My mother spent a lot of her life in bars, either
working or enjoying the available products and she was easy to find. When a person got burned they would go to my mother to have the
heat removed. Sometimes there would be blisters but if the skin was burnt away she would send them to the hospital after removing the
heat. She would put her hands on the burn and hold them there for a while. You could see the burned person go from agony to calmness.
My mothers hands would become quite hot and sometimes get red in color. After she removed her hands from the burn there was usually
no sign that there had been a burn. Her charge for doing this was two or three beers. One she drank and the others were to cool her hands.
I was there three times when she did this. Once there was a doctor present. It always drew a crowd. The first time I saw this I was in high
school. The other times I was 30+ and had NOT been drinking. I have no explanation as I said earlier.
Now everybody can have some fun with it.
