Add to that she was using a walker. Unless she was double jointed, he should have been able to go behind her and disarm her. I don't think he has a valid argument for his actions. If you choose a career in law enforcement you better expect that you will have to deal with confrontations, and a 95 year old lady in a walker is pretty low on the "formidable" list.

How about the school boards in our Pacific Northwest states. No child will ever receive a zero in a subject, regardless they don't attend the class, fail to complete assignments, etc. You talk about "how stupid are they"? They will pass these kids no matter what, just setting them up for abject future failure. No wonder the countries goin' to hell in a hand basket. Just learned that any child over 13 can prevent their parents from seeing their phone information and parents are not allowed to see health info or doctor visits, unless the child okays it.

Phone is easy, just take it away or quit paying the bill. Health/doctor privacy is another matter.

So, kids 13 are protected on privacy, but kids 26 can still be on mom and dads insurance policy. As my sister-in-law always says. This is F'd up.

How I learned this is from an employee at my son and daughters company who got custody of his four daughters 5 to 13 (mom is a real piece of trash) this year. His oldest just turned 13 and at midnight that night Apple froze her phone to her dad. She went in and asked if he did it and of course he said no. She doesn't want it that way and had to authorize dads ability to ask questions and see her phone activity. This was congress approved. More help from the idiots in DC.

Another case of the government mandating a ridiculous policy to further their socialist agenda by taking control of the children, but most parents should be smart enough to see what's goin' on. Sadly, many parents have no idea what their kids are up to. I would bet if a 14 or 15 year old committed some heinous crime, the government would be coming after the parents for not exercising control of the their kids. Ya know damn well the government won't take responsibility or credit for that happening. Only if an adolescent has some feelings or misgivings about their gender. There's liable to be a revolution in this country over this transgender BS. Where most moms are concerned, you don't mess with their children.

There is a big dight going on in our school district. Now the ACLU in involved and Dems are trying to quickly change voting regions before Nov. Schoolboard election. As of now if a student changes their pronouns teachers must notify a childs parants. The ACLU claims “ this rule goes against freedom of expression.” School district claims ´ no such freedom in a public school and that they must notify parants of a change in a childs mental state” The Dems feel that the ACLU will not win based on the change of mental state. They are trying real hard to gerrymander before Nov.7 to eat away a republican region. Ad of now we have 9 regions with elections every two years for a four year term. The Dems moved so much around that the forgot one town ( the town i live in) we would have been skipped in voting . A county judge stopped that real quick. Back when I went to school, even high school there were girls we called Tom Boys because they were very good at sports. But they all grew up to be very attractive young ladies.

My daughter is 100 percent girl. She does want boys on her softball team. She will play a pick up game of coed baseball or whatever is played at that time. Anything for fun but not mixed competition
