Out of context but how I read the message.
What a stupid idea!
I referred to the NMRA RP25 1986 version.
NMRA is not for O!Reference:

Great article by Tad in the latest OSR covering his low D conversion. I've communicated with Tad over the years trying to track down one of the books covering the Sofue built models and Tad generously sent me a list of all the models (and SN ranges) of Mr. Sofue's custom builds.
In the conversations Tad mentioned his Low D truck modifications and wheels. Very impressive. Most of his locos are Sofue modified and he's one of the most knowledgeable people on Mr. Sofue, who is still alive. He has an FEF-3 that will pull 141 low D modified cars with ease.

I gather that Low D refers to low drag. In the Sept./Oct. 2016 The O Scale Resource, p.27, Takashi Daito said "As you might know, I'm the inventor of the free-to-roll mechanism. It was published in Nov. 1985 Model Railroader. Also, I have invented Low-D wheels to reduce friction on curve."
We were just talking about the subject of reducing friction on turns(on the 3-rail forum).

I thought that "
Low D" referred to the bros who wear their pants hanging below their gluteus maximus features, ready for action at any moment. No? Yes?
Oh wait, maybe that low-hanging pant thing is called "sagging" ?

Don't know what they call that, and I didn't know when my mother asked about them. She's been dead twelve years, now. Why are you asking a white person about this?

There are no special race requirements for saggers in Tucson.
Sagger history projected:

Sagging is catching on far faster than projected. In fact, I have photo evidence that saggers are now just leaving their pants at home.

I'm surprised to hear that there are still places where sagging goes on. I can't remember the last time I saw it, around here.
I'm also surprised that there is apparently no point to no pants day.

I've seen them - a certain ilk - recently on "Maury", from time to time, grabbing their crotches and sagging enough for the camera to be able to see the top couple inches of their underwear as they sit on stage or stand up to reply to aggressive females.

As in Maury Povich?

I haven't seen him for years, either. Of course, with a President like ours, who needs such entertainment?

Yup. Ol' Maury Povich.

It's all part of the inanity

one can watch while nibbling at indulgences when traipsing through the kitchen on the way to other shenanigans.

Here's an article on "the sagging of the pants":
http://pilotonline.com/news/bans-on-a-popular-fashion-say-what-sags-must-come/article_04c7555e-6402-5108-b0ae-e86361d6e5b3.htmlI tried to find a sign I saw last time I went to Va. Beach, about the only thing it allowed was breathing (and that may have been inhale only)!!!
I Googled it, but found so many signs of what you can't do it would be impossible to post them all
I've seen more skin on the beach of women wearing bikinis than I have with them wearing their underwear
