Oh yes. And she represents the very image that some young lad would have such a heartfelt " Hey Paula" to and had years of fulfillment and peace. Yup. I can envision it clearly.

All I'm going to do is assume that she's a very attractive woman posing by a train car with a bicycle, and I'll enjoy the view.

I'd have no problem with her walking past my house a few times a week. I will say that when it comes to young women into self-mutilation, I much prefer a tattoo over one that looks like she face-planted in her tackle-box.

I agree. It would be something to look forward to. ( Bad English. )

Nice graphic Wayne. Is that the Memphis station?

I found it on display in the Bowling Green, Kentucky station, 401 Kentucky St, Bowling Green, KY, on Thursday, November 08,2020.
I have no idea what L&N station the painting represents, if any. The painting on the left has the same floor pattern as in Bowling Green. Maybe that is a clue... or not. Perhaps all L&N stations have the same floor tiles.

Old train stations were works of art.
New train stations are artless works.
I know those statements are not true in every case.

I had to blow it up to read the drum head. I thought it said Panama something (Limited?), it says Pan American. The former was an ICG train Chicago to New Orleans via Memphis. The later is a L&N train from Cincinnati to New Orleans also via Memphis. Doesn't really answer whether it's Memphis

Yes, and there have been some fabulous stations from huge (Penn Central) to small all over America that have been torn down. Really sad they couldn't be repurposed.

A fair number have been saved. Some of the smaller ones have been moved and they are no longer recognizable as what they once were. Even Detroit's Michigan Central is being revived as part of Ford Motor Companies electric drive/autonomous vehicle project (all the land in Dearborn had been sold for commercial development).

The L&N E8A is now located in Bowling Green, KY.
