Clickbait! The cruise ships leaving from Paducah, KY on the Ohio River can and do reach the Mississippi River. From the Mississippi they do have access to the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic ocean. However, all the cruise ships sailing in Kentucky seem to be paddle wheel river boats. Cruising the ocean is not on their itinerary. The photo in the advertisement is just a lie to get your attention.
Wikipedia reveals that most modern-day cruise ships designed to traverse open water have a draft depth measuring 25 to 30 feet. River boats have a draft depth of 4 to 6 feet.

Starting in 2014, Vizio made TVs that automatically tracked what consumers were watching and transmitted that data back to its servers. Vizio even retrofitted older models by installing its tracking software remotely.
