What kind of spider is that Wayne? I've never seen that one around my areas.

It is a female arrowhead spider, scientific name, Verrucosa arenata.
V. arenata is an orb weaver and like all orb weavers, is harmless to humans.
V. arenata's distribution depends on which website you are using for research on this spider.
