As good as most Founders products are, but maybe a bit heavy on the cinnamon.

A few years back I brewed a holiday beer with coriander seeds, orange peel, nutmeg and cinnamon sticks. It was a great beer for days below 40 degrees. Somehow it could lift your spirits on a chilly night. I tried it on a 70 degree evening. Yuk!

The best tasting beer i ever had was one called "South Pacific" brewed in Papua, New Guinea. Got it at a local bar on recommendation of the bartender. Whenever I ask about it now, nobody has heard of it! Wish I had kept an empty bottle for the info. on the label (I think it had won some prizes)
I also liked Watney's (sp?) Red Barrel beer (British) a lot, and the last time I asked about it, was told it was no longer available in the US.
Best thing I have had lately is Stella Artois.
Obviously OPINION!

Buy it in 16 oz bottles. Wife wont touch it. I have some of Rusty Rail's waffle sauce. It has a maple pecan hint to it.

A bit brisk on the ginger, but a good holiday brew,

For being a bourbon barrel aged stout, it was actually fairly light. I've been having one with a meal.
