Our damned refrigerator is broke again, in a good kind of way. Can't put eggs on the bottom shelf anymore 'cause they freeze. But Jeezez, when you pull the top on a can of beer, 'ya get that little vapor steam comin' out of the can, and it's really cold. What is it they say about the optimum temperature for beer. 39 degrees? I'll cut the Maytag man some slack this summer, he already lost 30 pounds comin' to fix this friggin' thing the first two years we owned it. Those commercials 'ya seen of him and his hound sittin' around and playin' solataire are pure bull.

Now I gotta find the damn camp, but how am I gonna tell 'em I got locked in a boxcar put on a siding outside of East Bumf*ck? I squeeze myself outa the hole I whittled, only to have to take cover from a nastyass cracklling lightning storm. Be just my luck after no beer for a freakin'week, to get myself turned into a hunka' Piggly Wiggly beef jerky by a bolt of electricity.
Wonder how them boys are doin'.
And man, I'm hungry! Stinky, too!

Roger, I didn't lose any bet. San thought it would be a good idea to provide Dennis transportation back to camp, (seein' as how he couldn't walk anymore). So I, er, borrowed the 'barrow out of that construction guys' pickup, and gave 'im a ride. He was a little ungrateful about the cement chunks, but I wrote it off 'cause he really had a snootfull. He'll be fine in a day or two. I'm feelin' really bad for ANG; hope he surfaces soon.

Last night's reunion with Dennis wuz a blowout. 'fraid that boy wuz gonna rip he's scrotum when he leapt tha juke. He cleared et but caut tha crotch uv he's Levis una coatrack and I couldn' even look til he hed went headlong inta Gomer's only wine barrel sittin un tha bar un het et wit such force the bung hole corks popped clear uv it an Red Mountain went everawhar.
Mitch, it mighta went better for you and Dennis if we hed put air in the barrow tire, but I wuz too drunk to see.
Way thangs are goin, wouldn sprize me ta come back to the camp an find a wine vat car on tha siding an Dufus tendin bar.
Came into a few dead presidents, so I'll pay Gomer fer the damages and hope he lets us in agin in a year or so.
