Plenty of ways to save your family from being taxed on gifts.

Do tell all.
When we understand that each day isn’t one more day, but one less, we’ll start giving more value to the things that truly matter.

Give them cash. Pay their bills directly. Buy a car in your name and let them use it. Give a visa card that is billed to you.

First 3 are not issues, although giving substantial amounts of cash can be traceable and trigger reviews. Giving anyone a visa card is just dangerous unless you place some serious limits on it.
But doing all of this just makes/keeps them dependent on you and then they never develop any real independence.

Chris Matthews Departs MSNBC’s ‘Hardball’ Amid Controversy
https://news.yahoo.com/chris-matthews-m ... 29525.html
MSNBC star Chris Matthews shocked his colleagues and viewers Monday night by announcing that he was stepping down as host of the cable news channel's primetime staple, "Hardball," effective immediately.
Chris Matthews found out the hard way that he can trash Trump all he wants but when you criticize the democrats you are out. Another victim of the cancel culture and #metoo
Guess he won't be getting any more tingle down his leg.

He's actually had been under pressure to resign for quite some time. Comparing Bernie's folks to Nazi's was a bit over the top. He was on the wrong network for that sort of statement........

This was the trigger that caused the most damage. MSNBC can't deal with anymore female accusations,
GQ columnist Laura Bassett accused Matthews of making sexist remarks when she was a guest on "Hardball" in 2016.
I have read all of these so called sexist remarks. They were said as a compliment.
You ever watch a movie for the 40s or 50s and see how men and women interact? Men may have been more outward in their appreciation of women in those movies and the women acted a certain way being flirtatious. That is what most American men like me and Matthews grew up with, it's why we have a hard time adjusting to today's norms. To tell a woman she was attractive was a compliment, today it is assault.
When something goes wrong for liberal women, the go-to blame is racism or misogyny.

That might imply that you cannot insult a conservative woman,

From my perspective I can say they do like compliments. But God help you if you piss one off. They have subtle ways of getting even.
