Yep, and now the Europeans are being invaded by countries they once invaded and established colonies. Especially Africa. And we opened they door for that when we took out Kaddafi.

You are correct. The northern part of Africa was once a part of the Muslim Caliphate. However the European repelled them back then. This time they welcome them with open arms.

That is the truth. In the last 10 years the roof on my house has been replaced twice due to hail damage. The owner of the company I contracted with lives here in town so I know him. I asked him the last time about his workers as I suspected most were not citizens as they didn't speak English. He said he runs an ad all the times for workers and has never had a white or black person apply for a job.

The next town west of me has 2 or 3 chicken processing plants ( Tyson is one of them ) and they get raided all the time and workers get removed.

The news story I remember was the guy up in Wash St with an orchard where they came in and removed all his workers and told him to hire locals. So he advertised and got 2 people neither of which lasted a day. Ended up flying in crews from Haiti on work permits......

When I look back at all the steel mills that used to be in this country, and recall all the Caucasian and African-American men who worked so hard in them and were so dedicated to those jobs they were so glad to have, I wonder , if the mills were returned, including the Detroit car manufacturers, where such workers would be found nowadays.

Since the human workers in new mills and factories tend to be repair technicians, software analysts, and salespeople. I imagine they'd be found in the graduating classes of your local community and four year colleges.

Or, and more likely, the work would go undone. You can lead an American to a menial job, but you can't force him to work it. This isn't the only country that hosts foreign laborers; Germany uses Turks.

Well..........maybe that's something that needs re-visiting. That roof over your head, the plumbing, the construction, the HVAC, the car mechanics, the tree trimmers and yard workers, etc.; if you're going to deport them all, pretty sure going undone won't fly.

This isn't the only country that hosts foreign laborers; Germany uses Turks.

Of course it's not - that's why my earlier statement independent of country. It's a common practice by countries all over and they are a convenient target of politicians all over.

And then they need the lawn mowed.......the roof replaced........ and it all goes away.

China has blocked millions of travelers from purchasing train or plane tickets as part of the Communist country's controversial "social credit" system, which has drawn the ire of privacy advocates who fear the surveillance-based system could lead to dystopian outcomes.

The Guardian reports that Chinese courts banned travelers from buying flights 17.5 million times by the end of last year, and that citizens put on blacklists for so-called social credit offenses were prevented from purchasing train tickets 5.5 million times. The report said: "Once discredited, limited everywhere."

The social credit system, which is still being built and now exists more as a patchwork of local and regional systems, purports to incentivize trustworthy behavior through various penalties when Chinese citizens commit a range of offenses, including not paying taxes, jaywalking, smoking on a train, walking their dogs without a leash or taking drugs.
