Murpettes?

No, that's their sisters. They're off-camera.

Several, in fact. I had posted one far earlier of the station when it lacked the added on porch roof, etc.

Actually, the EBT is across the bridge over Blacklog Creek from Orbisonia in Rockhill Furnace,

I have not been there for too long and need to visit the trolley museum...

Wow, if ever there were a RR-crossing in need of mechanized gate protection, it would be that one, broad and wide open for vehicular traffic to cross the tracks at will. What circa would you say that photo is, Hondo?

It has not changed to this day, Murph. Looks to be anywhere from 70's to now,

Wait! You've never been there??? You need to make a pilgrimage there to see the EBT and the Rockhill Trolley museum in Oct!

Has not run for ~ 7-8 years now. Up for sale -- thought I heard a price tag of 8 mill for it all as a package, but then all of the engines need to be recertified, and the track was in sad shape decades ago, so it all still sits.......

If you are going to be there, I may actually consider it, if it's not too far a journey for you.

It's over the mountain from Spring Run! 20-30 min away when I'm in PA.

I'm stuck in a convention on the 6th; following Sat I'm in Strasburg; maybe the 20th?

Most (all?) of those trees appear to have had (at the beginning of the season, maybe?) a serious trim.
