I am in the end of first week of third chemo cycle.
Literally killing me!
Guts hurt, no energy, can hardly walk, dizzy.

But I keep on the path!

Last two cycles (three week duration) all this stops on day six...and today is day six! So much fun!
At least I know where I'll be at the end.

Six days after day six.

I hope you are feeling better, Dave.

Had bone and CT scans past Wednesday. Saw the Doc today for chemo #5. Chemo has "failed". Everything in the scans is stable, but not improving.
Got the chemo anyway, scheduling a PTSA PET scan, then Pluvicto. Liquid radiation. 2-3 days at least 3 feet from any adult, 7 days from kids....including granddaughters.
Arranging a dumpster this week I think. 400-500 feet of GarGraves, 100 switches, postwar modified NP Lionel engines, passenger trains, freight, under table Tenshodo and Kemtron switch machines, nobody wants it. Rest of the 2-rail, then the outdoor.
TruScale roadbed, guess 300+ feet, rail, switches, cut it up and in regular trash.
No idea on the restored 40's and 50's H0 stuff.
Shit.
Oh, well.
Always looked at this as having some value now that I cannot work, but apparently not.
Sad about all the work on the 675/225E conversions with functional front couplers.
Bridges, scenery supplies, power supplies, three All-Trol AC walkarounds.

Six week schedule on this new stuff, maximum of six infusions. Supposed to be a wonder drug. But they all were.

It had value, Dave. Did you forget the joy of building a model railroad empire?

I once was told, "Stable is good."
In 1995, I had 100% blockages in my left and right coronary arteries.
During the cardiac angiography, the cardiologist was muttering, "How can this be? He should be dead!"
Dr. Jack Copeland, a famous cardiac surgeon, advised not doing anything. There was no artery beyond the blockages.

It is now 2025. I still have 100% blockage on the left side (I am stable.) A different cardiac surgeon put a stent in the right coronary artery last year. I did not die.

I pray "stable" is good for you, Dave.
