Murph, I would have thought that the owner of The Quilting Circle would have opened her macramé purse and splashed out for a window with a round pattern of decorative mullions.
I would really like to see a picture by picture explanation of how you build those carriages. I model 1911 and could use a few horse drawn wagons of different types.

You begin flying with a full bag of luck and an empty bag for experience. The object is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.

Then, you have come to the right place and person, John Webster.
First, a "picture-by-picture" explanation of how those carriages are built is out of the question, and here's why. They were imported, painted, and built by one craftsman for me. He is Roy Baker. [Phone: 845-887-4596] ( I hope he doesn't mind my giving you his homephone here.) You may be able to buy the completed models from him, if you wish, but I cannot imagine him explaining his methods. Those carriages, as well as many beautiful and unique figures, are a little but serious and successful business of his. I met him @ York, PA TCA Meet, years ago, in the Orange Hall. We have become friends.
Second, those delivery vans (see top picture) were first presented by Roy the way they came, as commercial vans. I made some suggestions and requests, and he created the versions he felt were nicely representative of Amish/Mennonite-type, 1 and 2-axle personal carriages. He also crafted Amish-type figures custom for me, even hand-crafting the little hats and bonnets. Roy actually made a special trip into Lancaster, PA to make a visual memory for himself of their particular shade of black, which he endeavored with much dedication to reproduce for me. I have purchased numerous such carriages and carts from Roy as he is the only person in the country I am aware of who crafts them for sale.
Third, the other wagons and carts Roy imports and crafts, some of which are seen here, included in vignettes I have crafted, may still, also, be available from Roy, if he has any left. I am providing photos of them, here, hoping that seeing them in situ may benefit you and Roy.
Fourth, Roy also crafts a variety of horses. All those included here are by Roy.
