After the Great Crash, one needs to clear the search history, cache, and cookies from MTJ as the routing info has changed. My computer running Win7 has automatically done so, my Android has not.

Charlie, I found a history clearing did the trick. You might have to find where that process lurks, but using Win7 and firefox I pulled down the "history" tab at the top and ticking off "clear history" is what should work for you. It gives the various elements to shovel, and shovelling the cache, cookies, and search history. Each search program/engine has some version of this feature so you might have to do a little digging to find it. It's set up to go do that automatically from time to time on mine; yours might require a manual ticking off.

My tablet needed to have this done manually; on Android it's in "settings", then "storage" off that menu, then ticking off "cached data" clears cookies, search history, the entire cache similarly to clearing the history on a desktop.

The only issue was with MTJ post-event, but the occasional history-shovelling is always a good idea in general to clear cookies and the like from time to time. In the case of MTJ, old cached info is the culprit for wonky routings to images, at least for my case.

Indeed. I periodically take a peek of what's really in the history files when using Firefox, and end up deleting a bit when a stray is noted.

Ah so desu ka! Thank you for the tip Sarge. I use Piriform's CCleaner and Norton Security Suit System Scan to clear any malware that gets through my security filters. Thank you for the tip on Android clearing. I have only had an Android phone for a month and didn't realize it could use cache clearing also.

As for cross-posting, very helpful of you to do so as the subject appeared in two threads.

I reached a milestone on my model railroad expansion today. Its L girder open grid with sawn out roadbed and most track is going up or down. If it was a flat table construction it would have been much faster, and me working slow on it doesn't help.
I have had two meandering loops trackwork operating for some time now, 1st I had one loop going so I could run a train. This helps keep interest up no doubt.
I was planning to build a HO layout adjacent to my O but decided to expand the O where HO was planned.
On the new expansion I already had the framework up and now have most of the roadbed in place so now I have to cut into one loop to start making track for the considerably longer loops. So for quite awhile now I'm back to one train.
Its 118 sq. feet, 174 feet of track counting sidings and a small yard, 13 switches, it's

.in my living room. I have a scale blueprint, thats where I get these dimensions.
