Re: Hobo Jungle
That makes some sense,I don't know why but I can't think of anything to say and that needs an answer.I think.

My daughter likes it,
What if lollipops moaned every time we licked them?

I'm saying my daughter likes it,
I don't particularly care much for hard cider, at least so far.

Re: Hobo Jungle
It's not the manliness in the cider that counts, it's the cider in the....wait....what?
How 'bout "Blue Moon Lager"? Manly enough for us rough-n-tumble types? How 'bout flavor and it's buzz ability factor?
P.S. If Rufus's daughter likes it, I would think that was a good recommendation, given his good sense and discerning pallet with beers , possibly having influenced her. So I'll take that as one vote in-favor. Nice.

I'd place it at adequate.
I will be having a bottle of Mino Dementia from Blue & Grey Brewery: http://www.blueandgraybrewingco.com/index.php/brews
Temporary Insanity becomes Minor Dementia. We age our russian style imperial stout in an oak bourbon barrel. The result is a beer that pours thick and pitch black, while the edges exhibit ruby highlights. The flavor is rich and dark, with a nice molasses character balanced out by a woody dryness. Very smooth considering the alcohol level.
13%!!!
but I think I'll be looking for a bottle of the Stonewall Stout - “I’d give my right arm for a Stonewall Stout!”

It's seventy-four years this July since the start of the Battle of Britain, and the iconic Supermarine Spitfire still lives:

I was having a crisis the whole time I looked at those photos; what a lovely thing, the Spit.
However!
Fair where fair is due, the Spit gets the glory when the old ugly Hurkey-bird gets barely a pass. All hail the understated workhorse, the Hawker Hurricane.
And speaking of understated warhorses, did you notice the Kittyhawk in one of the photos being redone by the same folks in Kiwi-land? Talk American fighters and everyone is on about Mustangs and T-bolts, but again we have the old forgotten Curtiss P40 that flew from Day 1 through Day end, turning in an enviable record and no-one notices. Give that one a good cheer, too!

Interesting trolley photo there, Jon.
Does not seem to be on track nor under wire - wonder what the circumstances are....
Stopped in to pick up a prescription, no doubt.

Re: Hobo Jungle
Maybe the motorman was off his trolley.

Re: Hobo Jungle

Rufus, if you type in trolley in the upper right search box it shows a series of trolley photos including the one I posted. It said the trolley jumped the tracks. Other neat trolley photos as well. Man, I feel bad for that poor horse.
