Retirement for me was in the last century, 1999.

Now don't that make you guys feel young?

Don't call me young man. I worked hard to get this old.

When Tramp said we were just broken old hobos, I don't think he meant we were all stone deaf!

"Everybody sign"?

Sing, dammit!

I thought perhaps Rufus was referring to the deaf modeling contingent!

I became eligible a couple of weeks ago but intend to struggle on for another year for the driveway replacement fund.

Looking forward to summer:

Sage advice. Good thing I'm sitting down. Now I just have to reach over for a bit of paper off the roll to write that down......

With such luxurious office accommodations, one wonders why you would consider retirement at all?

Sounds like good work if you can get it...

It's rather confining, cold, and lacks a window, yet it does have running water,

It's a crappy photo out through the kitchen window this morning, but here's our friend:

There is quite a bit of cheerful noise coming from the holly trees today, but so-far have only seen two robins at the same time, so I can only assume our scout has brought one friend and no more for the moment.

He says he intends to go see Tramp next after his job here is done...

Is that your 1935 MG NB John?

It is still cold here too, my outdoor thermometer is registering 80 °F, down from 95 max right now. Can hardly wait for summer... ahhh, every day >100.

Tramp!

I think it's time to trudge across the tundra to St. Alphonso's for a stack of pancakes....
