That was a bit of interesting casting and interpretation of all the rest as well. There was to be a sequel......

I like Swinton, she is a bit quirky.
The guy that played Lucifer, Rolf Peter Ingvar Storm, was a bit too real and scary.

Actually Rufus, I believe it is the opposite. The devil rules the earth. When we stop doing his bidding, he will die. God is forever.

I recently heard it said that the Devil's ultimate victory is that people don't believe he exists, anymore.
When belief in a God dies, the God dies.
If an individuals belief dies , belief needn't die for others.
If one who lost belief regains it, would not his God reawaken?

Forgot to get the basket for the sink drain, but the plumber said he has to come back anyway and will pick one up. Still waiting on the dishwasher (29th) but once that's in I'll be cooking in no time
On topic Bob, good for you.

Re: Angel Statues And Their Meaning
Look at the following photo and the image of an Angel just behind the lady in blue (my late wife). When I first looked at this photo, I thought that something must have happened to the actual print to cause that. Then I looked at the negative and it is on there.
Do I believe in Angels? Sure do!
Then, there was this taken from someone's Facebook post.

I have yet to see an angel sculpture with plausible aerodynamics.

You begin flying with a full bag of luck and an empty bag for experience. The object is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.

I would think the same would be true of Pegasus. Wouldn't he need enormous wings in order to be able to lift the weight of a typical horse skyward, far more than is shown in the typical artwork of him?
Maybe, angels go by different rules, to be quickly available for special circumstances.

Re: Angel Statues And Their Meaning
I remember that many years ago when aerodynamics became a study it was determined that bees should not be able to fly.
The bees didn't listen to the professors and flew anyway.
You suppose angels are concerned about aerodynamics?

Is It possible that angels eat lots of beans, chilis, and other 'Mexican' foods???
