LOL Tramp!! I'm responding to your email here, seeing as the three emails following the progress of my reading never made it to you. My brother is not receiving the ones I send him as well.
Your novel was fantastic!! The ending was nothing I would ever have expected!! It was great seeing Luke and Jimmie, but I have to admit Frankie stole the show in that novel!! But not a problem, as Luke and Jimmie shine in the next one!!! Your next novel you mentioned that you're presently working on, is it a continuation?

Jon, the new book is a prequel to the other two. It has some chapters with Kelly Harris (the junkie and pool hustler) and Jay in New York together when Jay is a boxer. But a big part of it is about Neal MacKensie meeting Pam Cage. They become Mary's parents. It takes place in the late 70s through the mid 80s.

I saw that pic and read about that story last night. As it went, the dude had been using a nail-gun, and shot himself with it, (caught a ricochet?), and had no idea that he had been hit. It was discovered when he went to a dentist for complaint of what he thought was a toothache! (The nail missed his eyeball)

Moral: don't be slugging Idaho Gold(tm) on the job.

News-at-noon had 4° here today, -15° with the wind-chill. Bet JL beat that.

Pete, Long only beats one thing. We got to send him a BMW to drive. They're used to the cold.
