Four nights in Hana, Maui (colder there than here), and a week in Lahaina, Maui (warmer there than here).

We are not taking the kids. Rosie is house sitting here in San Diego.

No big wave surfing (I'll ride the suds on the west side, thank you, and just be glad to be in water that won't induce hypothermia in ten minutes).

No computer.
No cell phones.
No employees or dealing with Google, Danger, and $&#@($ Motorola.
No billary. No McCain. No Bush.
Ride bikes.
Snorkel with sea turtles.
Light surfing.
Eat plate lunch. Including Musubi, and Spam. Rice. Macaroni Salad.
Eat breakfasts at Filipino restaurant.
Go to farmer's markets. Buy papayas, mangos, pineapples, fresh eggs, and eat them.
Go to Costco, Walmart, and Safeway on the island. Buy Ahi there. Slather Ahi with wasabe.
Grill Ahi. Eat Ahi.
Take naps. Together.

MMMMMMMMMM Ahi! Those Costco Ahi steaks are pretty good.

I'm still trying to get the hang of grilling it. I still tend to overcook it.

Do you grill it while it's still frozen or thaw it out completely?

Dazzze, Hanging out in basements partying was pretty typical for upstaters in the winter when you're not old enough to get into a bar. I have'nt seen or heard from Leigh in years.

not in my work...
I start to use one now, after I read is better to the iron ones.
is little bit difficult to adjust the power to different size and thickness, but as everything a little practice and will be fine.

Well I just returned from a 3 hour trip each way to my not so local hobby shop to pick up the SFA/B units bcause they were to lazy to ship them. Luckily we had a business errand to run down that way so the company vehicle and gas were used instead of mine.
Valentine Day steaks are on the grill and beers are iced.
