LOL! A farm-bred and corn-fed nurse! Patty told me he complained she damn near suffocated him when she was leaning over him!

That, and he was cracking fart-jokes!

Man, I have nothing left to report that could top that!

It's a good day indeed! The pisser is already negotiating with the doctor about getting out a day early! Can't hold a good hobo down! 8)

Turk! Damn! Welcome back!
You got yourself one hell of a project going there!

Well, Airborne had his birthday!

Him and that gun have been inseparable. Last thing he's holding at night, first thing he's got in the morning.

Want to know how bad it is?
Last night before I hit the sack, I checked on him, up on his top bunk.
No word a lie: this is not a set-up.
Here's what I found-

(BTW, if you have kids, and your fridge does NOT look like that? You're reportable to Children & Youth!)

Turk, ya dog, look at that beautiful weather!

Image

Don't know if the western Pa. hobos caught any of this, but we had our first snowcloud take a dump on us, to the tune of 6 wet heavy inches. Lost power for 6 hours.
And got a weird gloomy picture too, overlooking woods at the end of a field, then a half-mile gap over a valley to the mountain shrouded in cloud.

The roof of the hobo pole-shed held! 8)

Yeah,,,, we had some terrible bad cold here a week or two ago. It got almost down to 40. If it keeps that up, I'm mov'en farther south. I just can't hardly deal with all this cold. :(

I bought 5 acres last month. Took me 8 months to finally get everything done. The day the last paper was signed,,,,, track started getting laid.
700' so far. 40' more feet to close the first loop section.
Hopefully,, I'll be back on dirt sometime in January.

Glad to see the kid with a shoot'en iron. Learn him proper on the safe stuff, and shoot'en. Whoop the tar out him if'en he don't act right with it.
That's a good look'en iron, no wonder he's proud of it.

Another pic to leave you with..
