Hev
That is one NICE Waterloo Boy. I'm just a middle aged farm boy, that is from the midwest, that likes to go look at all the old tractors.
I'll post some more pics when I get a chance

Hev, those are some kickass pictures! I'd love to hear that baby chugging along.

It IS interesting how they raised that kerosene tank up so high. Must need the gravity feed. But even the bracket-supports have beautiful lines, despite their simplicity of function. Great old piece of history! 8)

Ken, keep 'em coming!

Yeah Hev, LOL!!
Who's watching the kid at the water, and who's holding the beer!!

Hev.

OK.I can see how in the picture with a driver.Interesting.

What are the small tanks[?] on the fenders for?

The engine seems to be hidden in all three photos. How is it mounted and how is the drive set up?

Thanks.
roger

Oil sight glasses and magneto mounted on top of crankcase.
These inverted glass bottles are the equivalent of the oil pressure gauge. Oil from the pump is forced up to the sight glass then flows down into the engine, directed to various points by troughs. As long as the operator can see oil moving in the sight glass he knows that the oil pump is working and the engine is getting the necessary lubrication. The only function of the oil pump is to move oil to the top of the engine. From that point on lubrication is by the splash and drip method..................................

Here is a little more info on the tractor..............................
