That's got to be true.
Plus, imagine if he has t' pass-by a school or playground….ohdearlord, the innocent victims...seein' all that titty-jiggle...and hoppin'.. :twisted:

And we have cause to question his good sense because of the type of footwear he has on. Everybody who has ever piloted a "motorcycle"-scooter-type-thingy knows sandals are a no-no.
