Yellow triangle could be indicating/warning that the pixel size is too large/too small. It usually means there is an issue with the actual path for the url you are trying to use. The originating site may have the path restricted or its image type tag may be be corrupted/wrong.

Or a Bobbit Worm. These are truly terrifying. It grabs anybody who gets close enough by the head and pulls them under the sand.

Thank you, Wayne! The Bobbit Worm is news to me, and seems "alien," though seemingly "kin" to land-dwelling centipedes and millipedes, somehow, and the Pyrosome Worm is exactly the picture I had come across and wanted to share here.
