Re: Lobaugh Challengers

Ah, but I keep pokin' the bear. All those complaints, one way or t'other, and we end up with a thread to make MTJ more attractive. So, we lock one sub-forum, allegedly open two more in non-0 scales, which after 5 days still don't work. Now we have complaints about 0 scale content. How is that gonna ...

Before this goes too much further and folks invest much more time and effort, we have to address the elephant in the room.

Is this you and three other guys' private chat-room or is it to be a modelling forum?

Your choice.

Re: No Club Car

Re: PA hauls passengers

Nostalgia for me is steam. SP switchers, freights, cab-forwards....even the scrap yards in San Pedro where they displayed the latest steamer in the front yard. Diseasemals? ALCO, FM, anything with clag. Smoke and noise. I used to run a Baldwin switcher down the middle of city streets in South Anahei...

I never thought I'd see a running PA again.

And, apparently, another one is under restoration-to-run in Texas?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/267326245385 Greedy. Nasty. may be Varney......probably a Super Pacific. Sell off the chassis....now what? Hope folks ignore the visible fact that someone used a bench grinder to remove domes, stack, appliances, and not neatly? How do we buffalo the clueless consumer? Charge...

I've got an old anvil out in the barn in the south forty that has ACME cast into it. Sitting atop a coyote carcass.

Re: Do we need to make this more attractive?

Since I don't frequent the HO or N forums I didn't know they weren't working. Do we actually have to join those forums or are they included in the MTJ family of forums membership? I get the following message when I try to go there, which leads to my question. "You do not have the required perm...
