Or this seller. I know he's most likely trying to extract/milk the highest a bid as he can.....but he's asking double the highest going rate I've seen.

The difference is - for your $3000 you get something of value. Even if you paid double what it is worth, you have the best UP dome car available.

With the tender and the Dr.Pepper can the best you can say is the tender might have a dollar worth of scrap brass. Easiest to drop them in the trash, where they belong.

Totally agree with that assessment... but it's still a rediculous price. The tender is just somebody really, really stupid and I have no idea what the DP can lister is trying to prove. I don't understand our world today and i'm not sure I interpreted it correctly in past decades. Just a major dissappointment.

Have to be better than a pound of brass to be worth the trip to the scrapper with $4+ gallon gas, Drop them in the recycling bin and move on.
