No idea except maybe made in China. I've seen some atrocious spelling coming of there. Back in the late 90's, a friends company went to China for plastic lenses for heavy equipment they manufactured. Some times it took 2 or 3 builds to get it right, but the mfg. always allowed them to keep the bad ones or throw them away. Maybe, that's what happened here. Or maybe, they did throw them away and someone (either side of the pond) dumpster dived and put'em out cheap. It happens. :D

Plausible stuff. I am however not impressed with spelling or command of English in this country.
