Rough. Pilot beam gone. Lead truck and mount bolt gone. Driveshaft gone. Tender truck broken.Plenty of motors and a Rivarossi plastic tender body and frame.
Drawbar gone, tender steps broken and/or missing, original tender shell, gone.
Quoting:
Brand: UNKNOW
Material: Brass
Grading: C-1 Junk, Parts Value only

and:

RARE VERY HARD FIND 2 RAIL OUT SIDE RAIL POWER PICKUP. NOT TESTED TENDER ON RIGHT IS PLASTIC NO RETURNS NO OFFERS HAVE NO TIME FOR EMAILS!!! EVERY THING YOU SEE IS YOURS

Severe case of attitudinal deficiency, I do believe.
At $176 plus shipping, it needs to be A) complete, B) running, and C) a whole lot better condition.

Opinion.

AS-is, I'd give him $25, but that's just me.

That does not even qualify as junque which might be useful. It reminds a lot of the Gem 2-6-0 that someone kept offering for 950 without tender and the whole pilot broken off - as rare brass. I wonder if it is the same guy, and he is smoking something he grows in the backyard?

Seller is from Michigan.....can't talk about too much moonshine in Michigan. Of course, too far away to blame Minnescrotum. Not sure what he's thinking other than dollar signs.

I saw it go by - never even opened it. I personally wouldn't give $25 for it, now that I have looked at it. The only thing I see A-N about it is maybe the drivers? I have enough of those.

crosshead guides, pistons, cylinders, and the tender floor sure looks like photos I've seen of a tender drive 4-4-0.
