Maybe the democrats should run Cuomo for president instead of Biden if he is that impressive. :?:

Also, in my observations, to date, there is an aura of proper ethics and moral behavior about him, a certain forthrightness, logic, and a calm demeanor which values facts, as distinct from opinions, and a marked determination to proceed carefully, not impulsively. I have come to admire his self-control, though he does not seem to suffer fools lightly.

He sounds capable and impressive on C-SPAN, but has stated at almost every briefing he's not interested in the WH and tell the media they shouldn't be thinking of politics now. He's a very good speaker in his own way and handles the press fantastically when they get stupid or ask stupid questions (much of the time), unlike Trump who chooses to fight with them. I know Trump wants some credit for the good things he's accomplished, but fighting with the press isn't going to do that.

Trump played a C-Span clip a few days ago, at his briefing, where Cuomo was giving him credit for doing a good job for NY and the CNN reporter at the WH briefing tried to turn it into something is wasn't....typical. Trumps got to blow his own horn sometimes, because no one else will do it and in many cases media spins what he says into negative points.

Sorry, much of our media really sucks (PBS, CNN, Politico, etc.) and it's so apparent they have their own agenda. I'm not always for the underdog (hard to think of Trump as the underdog), but I hate bullies and the media is/are bullies.

Elizabeth Warren signals she might be willing to set aside Medicare-for-all as part of Biden VP bid
https://news.yahoo.com/elizabeth-warren ... 32853.html

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) is seemingly trying to get on former Vice President Joe Biden's good side.

During the 2020 Democratic presidential primary, Warren consistently shouted down Biden's centrist policies, especially when it came to her and Sen. Bernie Sanders' (I-Vt.) shared demand for Medicare-for-all. But as recently as this week, Warren argued that "expanding the Affordable Care Act" is the first step in getting to single-payer health care — the latest in a series of compromises and compliments that could signal she wants to be Biden's No. 2, Politico reports.

And what pray tell, is the alternative? I buy American when I can, and IF I can afford to do so.

How about putting some of the blame on some of the business owners who moved manufacturing out of the US for cheap labor!
