Now that one is worth waiting for. I am sure we rode on that one back in the 60s/70s

They used to have a train robbery on it and a shootout in the streets.

This is how I remember no. 41, from the 1960s. However, we usually went to the park on Sundays, when no. 40 was running. Instead of calling "All Aboard", the conductor blew a high-pitched whistle twice, which the engineer answered with two woofs from the engine whistle. Then they rang the bell, as the train started off. I thought it was cool to see the headlight and marker lights lit up, around sundown.

It looks like the two tracks are cribbed up at different levels. And, moving cable car tracks, with their associated conduits and pulleys, is a non-trivial maneuver.
