Roy, the title of this thread is, "Waiting for the Train."
I see no one waiting for the train in your photo of Seiryu Miharashi Eki Train Station.

Seiryu Miharashi Eki Train Station has no entrance, no exit, no passengers (invisible or visible,) no ticket machine, no building, no access except by train,

and if you should open the one gate on the platform, watch your step, there are no stairs.

Something I've been thinking of, for some time: faux tin litho. You can do this, on your computer printer. Big Indoor Trains article: https://bigindoortrains.com/primer/buildings/lackie/lewis_park_station/lewis_park_station.htm

Maybe it's just a relief station. You stop, get out and relieve yourself.

Thanks, Wayne. I especially enjoyed the bamboo train ride. I had no idea they went so fast!
