Very, very good question. I'll have to think about it, but I can hardly wait to hear what ...(a certain couple of guys here) ...are going to say . (You know whom you are.)

Well, I didn't laugh at all, but I found La Strada made me cry.

I thought Airplane! was very funny. On the other hand, I watched some of Bye Bye Braverman again, last night. Why do I do this, to myself? :|

I just remembered one that I laughed all through the movie and was almost thrown out of the theatre, LOVE STORY.

All right. There ya go. Among the last several replies, we may have another sub-thread to consider for conversation :D :

What movie made you get choked-up, at points during the story, and/or by the end? Tearjerkers , anybody? Seriously.

Yeah, I think that would be my guess, if a teacher misspelled choked up.

Thank you, Roy. I appreciate your kindness. I fixed the error.

Did that feel good?

Maybe Murph was chocked up with all that snow and probably ice now, too...

Chocked might be used to describe where wedge-shaped blocks or other objects are inserted next to something to prevent it from rolling, dropping, or coming loose..........might keep Murph from sliding down the road on the ice and snow when he's being chased by bears and coyotes

I miss those politically incorrect cartoons that, usually, taught a lesson of good while still being fun.
I remember my son counting how many times the coyote got clobbered when trying to catch the roadrunner.
These cartoons were not only incorrect pc they taught, I recall hearing, brutality.
I still think the white hats should win and the black hats lose.
No mention was made of the color of anything except HATS.
