In the Catholic Canon of Scripture there are three: Michael, Gabriel and Raphael. I seem to recall the Quran featured four: Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and one more. It's like the U. S. Actually, I recall from my reading that there were 7...........but that was reduced to 4 out of convenience to place one at each cardinal point.
Lots of editing over the centuries for convenience......
