Rufus,
To paraphrase an old movie phrase: "Who is that bearded man?" in your avatar?. Inquiring minds want to know.

Who has wandered on to the outer ether?
I would get very confused with that many personalities.
WAIT. Maybe the personalities don't change.
Maybe only the outer surface that we see changes.
I guess we just have to accept that Rufus is Rufus.

Parts are assembled - Goo & CA working upside down on glass to get the roof line in the same plane. Roof glued down similarly

Thanks!
Takes a good bit of filing to get the sides to sit in right, but it's not terribly hard to do either.

Thanks for posting your latest traction build. If it wasn't for your post you would think that no one scratch builds any more. Please keep posting you great builds and offer a kit one days for those without your skill level and knowledge.

Nowadays, I would have problems with an Athearn "blue box" kit!

Thank you!
I did once upon a time offer a basic body kit for a 4-wheel trolley; 2 sides, 2 ends, and a roof. I could do that again, but I did those with the Bowser drive in mind which has since been discontinued. I am reluctant to bring that kit back into production w/o there being a good cheap drive available.

There must be several people doing kit and scratch building or O Scale Trains mag would probably close.
I, a 3 railer, have subscribed to it for some time now. I have also noticed that the nearest news stand
runs out of it each run. It is in a town of @ 30,000. I don't think it is purchased just to look at the
pictures. I do like the pictures but find much that can be used by model railroaders working in any scale.

I also read everything that is posted on MTJ for various reasons. Model Train Forum is another that I read and to which I contribute a few posts.
I have not contributed to OGR in quite a while and usually only read it if something is mentioned here. The CTT forum, where I started with forums,
unfortunately has become rather boring to me.

Re: From the Firefly Shops.........
All the progress that my current health situation will permit - just do not have any stamina to be as busy in my shop at the usual levels....
But I thought it useful to see how the body shell fits onto the drive platform. That Bowser drive was modified by cutting off the end supports that it featured - just in the way. The ends were through drilled so I could run a 2/56 screw up through the metal end into the resin shell - there's a bit of a floor to the end castings for this purpose. I'll add interior bulkheads and controller details to each, etc.
