No need for any apology, but those are not facts and some of that is not even true for many, many people. But if that works for you then you should count yourself exceedingly fortunate. But it is all just how you perceive your vision of your personal reality.

Hi Tramp, I found your "advice" to be directed at us, and therefore, stand by what I took exception to.
If that diminishes my standing in your estimation and friendship circle, I can only accept your decision as unfortunate. Friends do disagree, you know, even , at times, on substantive matters, and even with the Tramp. Then, sometimes, they continue forward.

P.S. Totally different topic: Have you taken any photos of your artwork displayed in the gallery/storefront in NYC? It would be exciting to see photos of your work on the walls, as well as photos of the front of the gallery itself - outside aspect - and of the part of the block sharing place with the gallery. That's an excellent link, Tramp. Thank you.
It was nice to read that Mr. Ameringer moved the gallery from W57 to W22 due to a desire for more space so more artists and multiple exhibits could be shown. And it was really cool to see your name among the artists listed. Being exhibited in a gallery in NYC is just about as cool as it gets. Only being displayed at the MOMA or the Met could top that, huh, and who knows where talent and good fortune may lead you! I'm happy for you, truly.

Even considering the wide doors, I wonder how they got such a big open-touring car into the RR-car, turned around and facing parallel to the length of the RRcar, not hanging out perpendicular.

Interesting, Wayne, Thanks. I can picture it, given your quote from Bloomberg's explanation. The driver must have been a master at the wheel. And I imagine the style of that Presidential limousine added to the drama of it all, too.

FDR certainly had his own particular style of being President, exemplified in this case by even thinking of requiring all that custom-construction and RR accommodation to his movements into, within, and out of NYC. Cool!

Most of this was to cover the fact that FDR could not walk or stand without braces and his wheel chair use.
These problems became known after a while.
