Re: Seen in Print
I could Robert, but why? Here is Liam Dutton pronouncing it. He should suffice.=> https://youtu.be/fHxO0UdpoxM
I don't have a Welsh accent, so I can't nail it like Dutton did. If you wish to try it yourself, here is help:=> https://youtu.be/1BXKsQ2nbno

Byddwch yn cael ei groesawu, Robert
Do you recognize this poem?
Mae'n brydgell ac mae'r brochgim stwd
Yn gimblo a gyrian yn y mhello:
Pob cólomrws yn féddabwd,
A'r hoch oma'n chwibruo.

I too tested it on Google. I believe it would take someone whose first language was Welsh to translate it into English, and then he would comment, "Mae hynny'n gwneud dim synnwyr o gwbl!" English: "That makes no sense at all!"
Here it is:
’Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
First stanza from Lewis Carroll's Jabberwocky.
Interesting to me the rhyme and rhythm is still there in Welsh.

Are you sure?
Morrighan is a goddess of battle and war. She is also described as "washer at the ford," because a warrior seeing her washing his stuff in the water meant he was going to die that day. She determines whether or not you walk off the field of battle, or are carried off upon your shield. The Morrighan often takes the form of a large raven.

Still sounds better than PB&J soda pop.
