Hey AG, even if you follow Roger's advice and eat everything slowly, you can still get things stuck in the back of your throat, which can be very uncomfortable and difficult to dislodge. Be carful. Remember, you body is a temple and your mouth is one of the ways in.

Clever lad.

And hey, AG, you are right - some things are best left to more subtle expression. (Right , Roger?)

True life experiences are always better than fiction.

Well,it reads like true life to me because I have seen a little of that. Not as much as you however.

More please.

Nowrooz Mobarak. May Haji Firuz sing and dance at your Spring celebration.

Jahantab has spent the last two weeks scrubbing the house, getting rid of old things, making new things, and preparing for a new year. A mirror, Bible, sprouts, cakes, goldfish, fruits, nuts, garlic, and array of flowers grace the dining room table and many other places in our home in similar arrays. All of our overseas family have called to wish us well. Both daughters, Tereza (we call her Tiffany) and Roza (we call her Rosie), have returned since Chahar Shanbeh Suri (last Wednesday) and will stay through Sizdeh Badar, thirteen days into the new year.

This happens at all times of the year, but everything I need or want is immediately at hand. My razor has a new blade. The Senseo is fired up when I come into the kitchen in the early morning. The closets have been reorganized in a logical order. My clothes for the day are laid out. Despite my early and extended hours to deal with a difficult world in the business, Jahan is up before me and returns to our bedroom after I have retired to comfort me, be with me, advise and consult.

Well before our difficulties with Iran in 1979, I married Jahantab in the era of the Shah. We had children. She stood by me and the US when it looked like there might be war (I was recalled to active duty and assigned to an offensive position in 1979, despite being married to an American of Iranian descent. You can bet NSA grilled her.).

I cannot help but honor the richness of her culture and all that she has brought to our life and marriage.

Does anybody know whatever happened to Renovo PRR. Ain't seen him logged on or a post in months. His girls basketball should be finishin' up, and soccer soon to begin. 'Course, he's a farmer, could just be tunin' up the tractor and other equipment gittin' ready for spring plantin'.
