First off, this wins the award for the worst photos of anything in 0 scale/gauge this season. Hands down.
At least I was able to discern it's a very early horizontal motor 671 Turbine.

Let's use BLACK paint and a brush! Oh, Wait, let's give it a SILVER nose!
Has the horizontal motor and e-unit correct in description..but 90 is far too much for that. Strip and repaint, re-letter, and you have a "restored" piece. Not even sure how to grade this one as-in.
At least all the bits seem to be there.

He solt it 4 fiddy bucks past month. Hiz speling and grammar are worse then mine.
