The Queen of steam - N&W 611 heads down the Danville District with the Roanoke - Spencer ferry move. She is seen passing the old Lucky Strike factory in Reidsville, NC

The 611 doesnt get old. Like EVER!
Hearing that whistle just brings chills up your arm ( well for me it does!)

The photo above with the UP loco has a really interesting mixture of colors and textures.
This would make another great scene to model.

Thanks! I've wanted this shot for a while, but you can only get it when cloudy. A very similar shot at this spot was in the NS company calendar last year
