Been busy with work getting close to retirement. My realtor wife is actively looking for a model railroaders dream house - large basement (walkout?) with a ranch house on top and open space behind. Might take a while.

The walkout basement allows new investment in locomotives and rolling stock to be added to the railroad empire without having to go past the chief railroad inspector. Less neighbors is also nice :)
