It is listed as, "O-Scale," in the Lionel 2014 Volume 2 catalog, Dennis.
Catalog also claims, "Minumum curve: O-31," but it negotiates O-27 just fine, including switches.
You can see the difference between 6464 and Lionel Scale in these images...
